I couldn't resist. Another long day at work. I spotted this when I was coming home. Clothing donations for these two bins are intended to help those with substance abuse problems, as the side of the bins proclaim which unfortunately, I forgot to snap a picture of. These bins are located at: Now, can somebody please tell me how would one wear this? As a tiara? The yellow signs on the right hand corner of the bins clearly states "No Garbage". Toronto, Ontario February 20, 2006
