I've been looking for for a year or so, determined to find it and eventually give it a try... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corn_smut So I found some at my local ... a single can with a bit of rust around the rim, but this didn't deter me... Ahh yes, infected corn... Look at the size of those swollen kernels! (yay macro setting on my camera)... This stuff tastes surprisingly good... It has onions, corn meal, green peppers, salt and water in it... tastes a bit like salty, slightly fermented hominy... I've been fascinated by this stuff for a...
