Ugliest Building in New York?

On a recent of , Francis Morrone (web link) described the Abe Stark Sports Center as one of the Ugliest Buildings in . I can't say that I disagree. From the utilitarian 1960s-era bomb-shelter aesthetic to the general apparent lack up maintenance, as well as the impassable fencing and steel doors, this structure seems to have many prerequisites for such a classification.
