The first leg of my involves taking the from , in , to the station at the site. This photo is of the morning rush on the , -bound. As you can tell, its often hard to get a seat, packed as it were, like sardines...

A fellow sleepy on the , awakening on arrival at . The repeatedly yells "End of the line!" very loudly, over the loudspeaker, apparently to ensure that no drowsy rider continues to sleep as the train goes back to the storage yard after the morning rush...

This peculiar shot was taken right outside the entrance to . Its only redeeming value is that the subject had his shirt tucked so tightly into his that they had slipped up above his belt, as you might be able to see as a blue band around his waist. What an odd old man. He was bumbling around asking everyone where he could catch a , oblivious to everyone's confused reminders that he was, in fact, standing right in front of the booth, lined down the block with yellow , ergo making it rather hard to miss...

also: im pleased with how some of my pics are turning out lately. i think im finally getting the hang of what sort of light i need, as well as getting good at tweaking the very limited levels of /exposure. particularly the first two photos...

i am amazed at the amount of bodily fluids/solids i encounter in this city.
lots more blood and vomit here, whereas in san francisco, there was definitely
a lot more shit. it is really an undesireable skill to be able to differentiate between human and animal feces on the sidewalk.
