navigating the waters of things left unsaid that should have been said is always treacherous, especially in hindsight... you hope that either you find (or create?) another opportunity to somehow communicate the unsaid, or that at least the next time such a situation comes about, you'll be motivated to speak without hesitation... good luck ;)
