also... this is the in question:

elaine: ##jazzy## ...nice

Peter: 11th Oct 2005 - 17:34 GMT

hmm, jazz indeed. sometimes, when i listen to certain music, i see pictures like that first photo in my head... all patters and crosshatching and grayscale.

jamie: dude keep taking those pills. they're working

jack: 12th Oct 2005 - 14:53 GMT

i remember the area well. we would pass by here to go to ebbets field. i used to bike ride down to prospect park for an afternoon romp in the park. i sat in the bleechers all the way at top behind duke snyder and watched jackie robinson run the bases. my mom would send me off with a scrambled egg and frankfurter sandwich. i was the only kid in my neighborhood who was a yankee fan. i took a lot of jabs.

Peter: 12th Oct 2005 - 15:28 GMT

it seems that nowadays, most of the kids in the neighborhood are mets fans... til the postseason ;)

Balloonhedz: 22nd Oct 2005 - 17:59 GMT

ooooooooo who do YOU know that you can get up on the arch? luuuuucky.

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: 24th Oct 2005 - 03:06 GMT

I love these, especially the first one. It's so graphic. I think that it would make an excellent hypnotist's tool. Stare at it hard enough, click your fingers and you're Napoleon.

Peter: heh!

kc: 27th Oct 2005 - 12:38 GMT

I like these photos. Especially because I've walked this way millions of times and somehow never noticed the grids...another new dimension, thanks to citynoise.

aer suzuki: that second photo rocks my socks

kricket: 7th Mar 2007 - 23:39 GMT

holy shit is the first one ever disorienting to look at. all great shots.
