Officer Manson was the pride of the police service of Northern Ireland, formerley the Royal Ulster Constabulary. He'd won 'Officer of the Year' three years out of the last four, the boys called him 'Iron Bollocks'. Manson always got his man; even if that man was his own mother; she was going down, and going down hard. In for a long stretch, Manson thought to himself, "No one steps outta line on my beat. No one."

I never liked wearing the cuffs behind my back. The total weight of the steel, lead, brass, and other gear is significant. In the States, two belts are usually worn: one around the pants, and the second belt around the first. The two are connected by things called, "keepers." I guess it's not such a surprise that so many of the guys are into bondage and dominance.
