I can't account for why it struck me as such, but this graffiti reminds me of Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. It's beautiful, as it speaks unabashedly about the independence of thought. I drive past this art every day, and I did not notice it for over a year. I'm happy that I finally looked to my right... I love how the different colors are pouring down on her, and her head is tilted up, as if she is enjoying it.
