Illwind: Wrongs done by these two upstanding citizens: 1) Driver (idiot) throwing trash out of his van/SUV 2) Cyclist (not-thinking properly) throws trash back into driver's car 3) Driver gets out of van/SUV and attacks cyclist +/- bike Wow! ......
