NIC707 is the founding father and creator of the legendary graffiti crew OTB..The crew was founded in 1975-76 focused on the no.4 train line. other OTB Members: NOC 167, BAN2 aka DELI167-COPE2 KD.

My brother NIC-707, original prez of OTB. I recall a crazy fun mission to the Pitkin Ave. yard with NIC, FRITOS, and FUZZ ONE. I believe it was Christmas eve 1979, NIC was home for vacation from college. Big props to NIC and all my OTB brothers.
