Just got back from a trip to . This is downtown across from marketplace. Just a busted up parking sign right?

But how does something that tall get underneath the sign to ding it? There's not even a sidwalk really.

There's a lot of road construction in the area (echo of the Big Dig I guess.) Something might have gotten way off course.
