in this great little restaurant, it has the word olive in it's name, just off the park at NYU, you can write and scribble on the slate tables, so we brought our godchild there for her birthday, a brilliant, talented, and beautiful young lady interested in a stage career the park at last daylight before sunset on a warm evening in october, i thought it was july, so many people out there, so much going on, so many musicians playing and people dancing and even a light sabre show that looked like space people came back in time to earth and were having a duel in the park, kinda like star trek iv, remember, huh.
and there was this guy sitting against a tree playing his flute and he looked like a guy i knew in '64' but i know it wasn't him so i heard him play a few notes but i wanted to see what was happening in the circle and we were walking real fast to go to this chocolate place on 12 th street, some guys name on the place, but it was like sooo many people in there, and what the hell am i doing saying those words and stretching them out like some kind of screwy writer.
