the towpath on the canal has not got a separation so that cyclists and pedestrians have enough room. on the towpath, originally devised for horses, cyclists display towards pedestrians the same fascist tendencies as they complain they get from motorists. grr bah and humbug. i do have a bike myself and it annoys me how quickly the application of might is right is appropriated by the previously downtrodden. this is todays gripe of choice. i have much to complain about and am bitter and twisted, it is true. i have often fancied pushing cyclists into the drink but would never dare. there should be an enforcable speed limit. meanwhile this sign gets evermore day of the dead as more stickers are added. it cheers me up (a bit)

as both a cyclist and a pedestrian, i can certainly empathize with your thoughts about the flip/flop double-standard. cyclists who treat peds no better than autos treat cyclists are no better than the auto drivers and should be ashamed... they make it harder for folks like me who are thoughtful cyclists. humph!

get a picture of frankenstein and paste it on the bicycle. then go out and buy mace and spray it on the face of the crude cyclist.

jack, i need no mace, one sharp push and i could wreak sufficient revenge - were i more of a vengeful goddess. i like the idea of the stickers, p, i may invest in some sticker paper. if i do i will document it - but no holding your breath, it can lead to having a blue face
