We're supposed to get a Northeaster tomorrow--but today was a perfect day for the park...

#4 is stunning. What is the statue in the third last?

Laura : 15th Apr 2007 - 00:17 GMT

Thank you :) That statue has a brother right next to it. They are located on the East side of the park, at around 72nd street. They are perched on top of a stairwell and face this circle:

I think those stairs lead up to a concert area during the season.

These are stunning! Thank you, I miss the sun and all the reflections...Biff

little ukraine: 15th Apr 2007 - 04:29 GMT

wow, these are incredible - what type of camera did you take these on?

Laura : 15th Apr 2007 - 06:10 GMT

Its just a canon powershot A95. I didn't have my tripod with me, so some came out a bit blurry, but I've been pretty impressed with this camera so far. Its getting old, though and I think I've outgrown it...

a few more I didn't have time to format earlier:

This bike belongs to a clown, who DJ's at the Rollerskate Association's weekend roller area. I took video but am not sure how to upload it. Anyhow, here's his bike :)

Right across from the rollerskaters, in Literary Walk, are the Skateboarders. Lots of skating going on in the Park.

Is that Darth Vader's shadow giving us the peace sign in the last picture of the original set?

Laura : Those are my pigtails and hat :)

Adriel: 7th Sep 2007 - 10:56 GMT

These photos are attractive I wish I could visit that place
