Don't be stupid for one without critisizing anyone, but if you love you bike bring it everywhere you go! seriously i ride my norco...... QQbiker: The microchips are readable by scanners at vets, SPCA's, etc. They're not really a tracking device per se. Most Roadies are over pumped numbskulls. That pretty much is a fact. Mountain bikers on the other likely would have approached this differently.
