The following, if you please, is an excerpt from my own story :
I had, one day, roaming through Riverside Drive...... indykid: Looking at the last photo made me think - from photos of building sites in NYC that I see, the WTC site springs to mind here, it seems if a new building is going up,...... CO-TX: Ok you want some real dirt on denver look: at South Table mountains (west denver) NREL complex it is officaly of solar research station but really a tunnel door (south west corrner of the facility...... cap: thats actually really neat. i always look down there from the subway going downtown and wonder what its like down there. theres a really cool semi-kept-up baseball diamond neat the tunnel on the castle-frank side...... Michelle: @curious = I think that it is an optical illusion. The cable is behind the icicle, not actually supporting it! Thankfully. Evenso, I think it is scary that the subway tunnel has an icicle -...... BVD: for some reason woke up yesterday thinking way back to high school and graffiti/symbols of that time which included the flipped glass of ‘missing foundation’ and other things...started googling and found this site...back then as...... Peter: 44. the guy i see on my train almost every morning, who habitually carries on arguments with imaginary voices via his mobile... despite the fact that there is absolutely no connectivity in the subway tunnel.... SASH: I was just back in New York. I grew up there but haven't been back since 92. I too remember SANE and SMITH like everywhere in New York. It's sad because now the only place...... Peter: thats the citicorp building out in queens. my guess is that this shot is facing due east...

theres an interesting story on that building... its in a very remote, non-built-up area of queens... rumor has it......
