A Grisly Example of Man's Inhumanity

author: GGP : New York, NY

First: a warning. These images graphically depict a cruel and bloody act and should not be viewed if you are squeamish or sensitive to such images or a big cat lover. I'm very sensitive to such images AND a cat lover and only in the name of Citynoise did I return to the scene of the crime to take these shots. It was just too "Citynoise-y" to resist. Our story begins on a pretty Thursday in Union Square Park (where bizarre happenings of one sort or another can always be counted on). A crowd forms around what appears to be...

Cheap Sex $60

author: Elicar : Toronto, ON

I experimented on all sorts of filters for this to be more readable, but this is the best I can do. Anybody who wants to try the phone number? Taken in one of the washroom stalls in the Scarborough Town Centre on Saturday, April 8, 2006.

Post a Picture of Directly Outside Your Window

author: CE : Montreal, QC

Ok, this article is for pictures of outside the closest window to you right now. Please include the city you're in. These two pictures are from the two windows directly in front on my computer. They're a couple weeks old so it's bit greener than this now but everything else is the same.

The 40th Beaches Lion’s Easter Parade

author: Elicar : Toronto, ON

It was a perfect day for a parade. The sun was shining, the temperature at a cool 14 degrees Celcius. Everyone seem to be at Queen Street East today. It was a party atmosphere. Here are the captured moments: Of course the Easter bunnies.. Mr. Peanut The bagpiper...(I did not ask!) A pretty little miss with her pooch.. Ko-ko the clown... A cute little girl with lots of balloons... Blinky, the police car used by the Toronto Police to promote children's safety. A solar car project //www.xof1.com/ Toronto's Finest.. What is Elaine's tug-bot doing at the Beaches? 1920's Streetcar Torontonians, remember him? He was in the news sometime ago. He...

Wild Chickens

author: Tyfoid Kid : Kauai, HI

So has thousands of wild . They're everywhere. In the grocery store parking lot, walking around town, on the beach, in the rain forest. Among the many ethnic groups that moved to were the who brought along their fighting chickens. Well back in the 80's there were a couple of hurricanes that swept across the island and the chickens got loose. Since Kauai is the only island that doesn't have any natural predators that can kill the chickens...
