Too bad you can see my stupid camera strap. Bike shop inside a castle. That does it for Ireland. Next stop, Alabama.

Peter Barry Is Truly a Man For All Seasons

author: little ukraine : Kinsale, Ireland

Not terribly exciting pictures, I know. This is Kinsale, known as home of the best food in Ireland, and a very popular tourist destination during the summer. It is also Ireland's second Fair Trade city and has lots of lovely galleries and cafés, like The Little Skillet. What intrigues me most is the titular inscription on that bust.

Charles Fort Is an Anomaly

Charles Fort a star-shaped fort which sits outside the city of Kinsale, in County Cork, in the south of Ireland. It was built in the late 17th century and used continuously through World War I and the Irish Civil War. It overlooks Kinsale Harbour. More from Kinsale to follow.

Bray Head

I've been absent from this place lately. Mostly i've been busy. Busy with work. Busy getting married. Busy being busy. After the wedding we caught a cheap flight to Dublin. Now, Dublin is a great place to visit if A. You are an Irish-American B. You have an interest in Irish History 3. You want to get drunk. lots. So, after being somewhat unimpressed with what had to offer, we headed down to Bray. A quiet seaside town. Bray was equally dull, but very pretty nonetheless. And i like how these two photos are almost paintings

random graffiti. they have some etiquette down there, you dont see a lot of big ones out in the open, but its really not all that urban there were a lot of good little tags, livenin things up, but not disrespectful enough to get...
