My friend came into town yesterday for her birthday. We first walked over to Carl Schurz park to watch to boats in the East River We went to the Seaport and took a boat ride right before a thunderstorm blew in. The sky was half dark and half blue. It was incredible. I wasn't fast enough to catch a shot of the lightning... These cranes are in Brooklyn The Brooklyn Bridge The Manhattan Bridge Right when we pulled in, it started to rain. Then pour. We had lunch and waited it out. When ithe skies cleared, they were brilliantly blue.
