Previous Day :: Next Dayjs in belleville: ps. gizmondiz.. maybe you should take a closer look at both martial arts and freerunning. The level of self discipline and stylistic presentation present in both activities makes them very very close in nature. js in belleville: parkour or freerunning, whatever you want to call it... It reminds me of a game I played as a kid. only one rule. whoever touches the ground the least on the way to school wins. I do a bit myself with less flips and what not but praise to all... kay left in the dark after the storm: anyone who doesnt think it did alot of damage, i wish you were here the day after the storm... all the people with no roof's and all the people with no power... there are alot of trees in centre wellignton and they all seemed to land on the electrical wires.... elaine: he's gone radio rental elaine: so it was. looks like it's being taken away from where it wants to be... jeeff: if you think it's so ugly then why did you take over 100 photos? that seems stupid. jeeff: haha, read more books. JayEastsider : This so called artist is nothing more then a vandilizer Jafer which he likes to call himself (I know his real name) has sprayed painted his ugly tag all over this beautiful city I have personally taken more then 100 photos across Toronto I am not just talking about the... jeeff: first time you've seen my photography? huh? i've posted lots on here... Blacklight: Cool. If you drive up Rt 1 towards NE Philly right around the home depo you got another one of those Ladies Entrances. Silk City on Spring Garden and 5th has one, too. Pretty funny. I wonder what would happen if I used it... Reporter646: Hi, I'm working on a magazine feature about Dan Hoyt .... Are any of you interested in talking about him?
Friendly_chic407, I'd really love to talk to you about your whole experience...
And Cybergirl, have you worked at Quintessence, or do you know people that have? Would they be willing to... GGP: that sign has sure been through a lot! Anonymous (164.64.110.148): I was thinking that *has* to be banksy...good job banks! elaine: thems kind of wild Sam Adam: Vacuum Train-Its just big fiasco, driver sleeps while driving, other maintenance crew leaves the tracks and other stuff on the floor and we already had two accidents, one train is completely garbage(Costed 41 Million)second one-MTA/NY Transit "Skilled !" union workers opened it completely now it has problem everday and no... Peter: to be fair:
elaine: i wonder if it is dead or alive? (is it schrodinger's kitty again?) elaine: cool. it's like a little spider. a clever little spider robot Peter: awesome.... wonder how they deal with cross-traffic and redlights? Peter: i dont see anyone walking. elaine: i want one.
lovely hooped dresses, i think Peter: wow! how did i miss this the first time around? cool! elaine: concrete poetry elaine: i dunno. just doesn't seem quite muscular enough somehow, but spose this one does speak for itself pretty much. it's been around for ages, this, i just didn't get around to snapping it til yesterday jamie: sniggers Peter: me too. Peter: true, leah. thats some fine logic youre working there. Jamie: pees his pants Peter: me too. that chinese food one is cool.
i think this might be the first time ive seen your photography, jeeff. cool! i hope you post more. these are really nice shots.
btw... theres a similar "jesus saves" cross sign here in brooklyn. ill have to grab some pics. it now says... Peter: you might consider contacting GM, id imagine... Peter: jeeff: why is neckface so notorious? well, how can i put this delicately... he had a few very visible ups in some really hot spots in brooklyn. add a few graf-scenester/williamsburg hipsters who flicked them for their blogs, and whammo! you have neckface appearing online alot more than he does... Peter: i cant believe no one else has commented on how cool that old wooden floor looks. i wish i had a floor like that in my house.
sine had an open studio/showing this past weekend. her studio's floors are cement and painted cool grey.
beyond that, i tend to agree with hool's... Peter: mmmmm, chocolate schrodinger....
also. look what the goo dragged in on this entry:
ccs.cs.umass.edu/~shri/iPic.html
weirdness. Peter: in latin, "exit" can be translated as "it goes out".
i cant help fut think of "dude, far out!" when i see "way out".
english english always makes more direct sense than american english. im american, and ill eb the first to admit it. Peter: not worthy of documentation? ha! these are def worth it. there strange and fascinating. i love how the big "s" has dubious 3-d effects. this is the odd, random stuff that no one outside your town would ever see if you didnt bother to take a snapshot and a moment... Peter: yeah we havent seen any entries form this author in some time. i keep hoping he comes back too, heh. Peter: how interesting... and at the same time, enigmatic. Peter: heh heh.
oh, and by the way... in case you were wondering:
the cat
you released
in the woods
is making its way
slowly back to you Peter: so cool!! whoever said you need more than just a photo to post an entry? ;) elaine: is banksy btw Michael-Ann: Bravo! jeeff: wowwwww! Michael-Ann: A little alley near the corner of Washington and Awyer - the lot is open 24-hours for anyone who wants to look. phillyphil: i really enjoyed reading this story and i hope you write some more to it. ICE: hey 561 bombed. good lookin on the cam situation but go suk a donkey d*ck. elaine: i know, but i had nothing to put with it, so it will have to be just a little sweenener for those that find it Jamie: whoa! elaine, this deserves it own entry. Jamie: heh, check my spelling. sweet. elaine: poor jamie. it is a tradgedy for you to live in such a cultural vacuum, but you know james joyce left ireland to work in france so he wouldn't talk his book out in the rich conversational culture of the irish bar... ; ) elaine: yes, but in another discussion i found that i was being very weirdly old fashioned and local by thinking that inflammable was in use - seems there is a policy decision against using it as 'people' think it means the opposite to flammable, hence when quizzed about 'way out' suddenly... elaine: oh and by the way -
Jamie: or one of the definitions. The other being "to leave" Jamie: yes, but surely the phrase "way out" is the definition of the word exit. Or am i just being mental? elaine: joey, it may be way out, but yes we use 'way out' (i thought i was going mad for a minute) and here it is in the tube...
elaine: that link was schrodinger's cat btw - which was meant to be relevant to the cats, but whch of course is not really, as it is about quantum mechanics, though i can only really read it as an existentialist poem about cats. cats and dogs both make good existentialists, but... fuzzytank: cheerz to art walks...
its true
a city wide wine bar fuzzytank: yes i have seen the rest of his work, and after reading the interviews... i hope he can skate better than he can paint
if not hes gonna have a LOT of broken bones
my annoyance: the Hype ignores his lack of skill
more living proof that just cause its in a gallery... ian: Amazing. Where in town is this? jeeff: wow. thanks for the spam. ebaker@dhc.net: I have a 1966 Chevrolet Impala SS Conv that was built at the Tarrytown plant.I have been trying to find out if the assembly records were destroyed or were they trahsferred to another plant or to GM. Does anyone know. I'd really like to get copies.
Ed Laura : I love the Chinese food doorway Laura : Looks like our past Presidents pwn3d!!!!!: Real taggers dont need a krews. Cant even walk in the post office and grab stickys with out mother fuckers glanten at me. Cant even by 24 cans of without mother fuckers asking what im going to do with them. Man fuck this World. I say paint the bitch. 561 bombed: ICE ur purple color is phukin toy. Cops set up some cams by the wall behind the old target on forest hill by the new sears. And another one by the wall behind windixi on congress and foresthill. Clean the streets up. 75% of Normel is buffed u toys! jeeff: looks like white chocolate. i'd chew on it. jeeff: yeah, the site i linked in the article has lots of information about the real touch-down.
the tornado(s) didn't cause anywhere near $400 million damage, that's the damage tally from the effects of the entire storm across a wide area of ontario. no doubt the entire town of fergus isn't... Michael-Ann: sorry, that last post was me. Anonymous (user-12lmcka.cable.mindspring.com): Schumann looks pretty good fer a chew toy! :) Previous Day :: Next Day |
