Toronto's Finest at work!: Congradulations that area specifically where the photos have been taken scarb town center subway station is notorious for smokers smoking clearly with that no smoking sign infront of them. And second of all yes it is a tax grab but secondly i could guarantee you that 9/10 non smokers...
