The old Department of Employment building looks folorn, i love decrepit and abandoned institutuional building like this. they are seedy somehow. i feel i must say something to at least let people know there are those of us that live in Belfast who DO posess a bit of wit,understanding and compassion..it really is quite sad to read such things like that... franny: I grew up in bushwick on bleecker and irving during the 60's & 70's. It was the happiest time I had in my life. It was a blue collar hard working neighborhood. You could sleep on your fire escape in the summer. no one would bother you.
