procyon: Nick and I were looking around on the internet... a Trib article from the time (1961) says Hausner & Macsai and Freidman, Alschuler and Sincere did it. Where did you find the bit about Vinci being involved? That would be really interesting.

Michael Waugh: Thsi may be what existed there before those government buildings. Called the Drum Rock Hotel, my parents owned it for about ten years. By by Aubrey Cooper (also built the Bushman Rock Hotel, closer to the KNP.)
