Former Kansas Resident: I won't elaborate with a story, but I know from first hand experience that the judicial system in Hutchinson does have corruption. The focus is on making money and not administrating justice. It's basically a 'good ole boy's' club where the lawyers and prosecutors become the judges, so there's... Elicar: Freaking out is such a strong and "offensive" word, EvilG! We are just spoiled, is all! ;)
But here is where the snow has been going.
