are you stalking me? If this is where i think it is then i was sat around here on wednesday night waiting for a lift. Took a bunch of photos using my crouched knee as a makeshift tripod. This is a cameraphone shot of the greenwoods building before it got... I just want to add this vespa in to the herd. mick m scotland: i have been down the bogside a good few times and have been in the bogside inn also the cetlic bar and every time i have been there i have been well treated by the locals I also worked at seagate, i always looked foward to visting the bogside and... Peter: I couldnt help but imagine what it would be like to be riding in a huge gang with folks on all those scooters, all at the same time. sure, the roar would be deafening and the two-cycle smoke would choke, but wow...
alas, i am a scooter-geek. elaine: well, yes, i like our enriched threads too. adding pictures makes a thread oh so crunchy! elaine: a herd of scooters Peter: are you kidding? i really love the ongoing series, where we keep adding to them... vespas, graf trux, blank references, robot faces, strawberries, abandoned lunches, etc etc.

Peter: wow. so soler could get up to two years in jail... for writing graffiti. geez. seems like the cops are more mad about the name of the website than they are about the graf. GGP: I wrote a lot more before 9/11 than I have since. That experience really sucked something right out of me. I think this may be the only "writing" or note-taking I did during that time, though I'm not sure. I think I wrote some haiku. Much remains a blur. All... Peter: thats fascinating, jack. id love to hear more of this story... Peter: perhaps, jack, but art can be made with lots of things besides oils and canvas. just think... cameras, computers, musical instruments, film/video, coiture, dance, voice... and even spraypaint.
i appreciate and respect your sentiments and your tastes, but we all have to try to keep an open mind about defining what... Peter: heh. the rhyme in the second one is funny... nice. Peter: awesome photos... wow, i love that third one especially. funny- i passed alot of "urban express" foot messengers on the brooklyn bridge when i was doing my commute too... small world.
also: took the train to work today for the first time in 3 days, and wow, am i ever aware... Peter: WOW! great shots! i used to walk under that to go to my old job, but that was back before i had a camera, so no photos... thanks- really- thanks for posting these. that tram is one of my fav things to watch in nyc, so it was cool to... Peter: nice. loving the black-and-white... also: the sign/icon/chicken in the fried chicken shop photo... crazy! Peter: ahh, the country... looks so much nicer in the snow than the city does, thats for sure... makes me want to get away for the holidays... Peter: ooh, this is a pretty photo! Peter: wow. i also took notes that morning... notes on what i was thinking, feeling, seeing. i have them still in hard-copy, tucked into a journal i rarely look at. my notes are troubling to read, and i only have once or twice since i wrote them. jeeff: great! Chad: I live in Tokyo and am obsessed with the size, variation and complexity of the city. I have seen pretty much everything you guys have photographed with my own eyes. Still, everytime I look at Ian and Jeeffs pictures it I notice something new or different it always... Zag: Wooooooooooourp! paddy: Are the ski slopes open all year or just for Christmas
