C: 4th street smells. But not quite as bad as the alley behind Cowboy's. We call that "Satan's anus". Also, I really don't like it when they poster their ads up along an entire block. One or two would suffice, you know they won't pick those up.

C: Downtown Calgary is littered with drugs and generally unsavoury characters, not just the East Village. In fact, over the past two years I've noticed that it's cleaned up a lot (40 hours a week, nights in the village). But I fear the efforts of the local police has merely pushed...
