Previous Day :: Next DayObserver: I was in belfast on the shankill. Some murals are Uda some are UVF. why? do they control different parts? do sum people support one and some support the other? a.: people- that's considered CHEAP for shark fin. probably not very good quality. EvilGentleman: Um, I think you mean Dorval, not Laval. Say, do you have a driver's license? If you do, maybe we could take turns driving while the other shoots pictures. There are so many pictures I cannot take because I have to keep driving and there is nowhere to pull over.... EvilGentleman: I found a billboard that had fallen off of the 216 bus on Cavendish Boulevard and I wanted to return it to the STM, so I went to Cote Vertu metro station and left it in front of this graf. My wife works a block away from Cote Vertu and... EvilGentleman: But I thought you drink Budweiser, marcus...
jamie... spoken like a true Englishman, muahaha EvilGentleman: Welcome to my jungle, Chris! Hope to bump into you soon. You can email me at arcticmohawk@gmail.com if you wanna try and establish a quicker form of communication or arrange a time to drop by and say hello to my wife and kids and myself. Hope your studies go better... Sirhcbre: :( barry: Nice shot.I saw the photo of the grasshopper on your post on flickr love it. marcus: there 24's of labatt 50 come on Sirhcbre: I went to the Burrito place yesterday. Apparently they were closed a few days for renovation so that's probably the reason it wasn't open when you were there. It's now called Burrito Ville, I'm not sure if that was the name all along and I thought wrong or... Sirhcbre: I'm glad you're posting these as I'll probably never see any of the demerged municipalities other than the ones inside the city (Cote-St-Luc, Hampstead, Ville Mont-Royal, Westmount, Montreal-Ouest, and probably Laval as I'm probably going to need to go the airport sometime next year (and it's quite close to me). Sirhcbre: Oh, I guess I never mentioned that, I'm in Montreal now. I just took these pictures yesterday. I guess I was sort of going to announce that with another post that I was planning on making the other day about my neighbourhood but has been put on hold.
Thanks... MR.CHEETO BURRITO: YO,I'M BACK IN TOWN,SO WHEN'S THE NEXT SHINDIG????????MY GIRL WILL BE BACK ON THE 3RD AS WELL,SO MAYBE WE CAN POW-WOW SOMETIME. jamie: it's just too bloody... french for me. with their speaking french and walking all french and carying stupid french rectangles across their stupid french streets. come on! Sirhcbre: I feel silly. r,i,p,: PEACE TO ALL OLDSCHOOL WRITERS AND NEW WHO PERISHED,RIP SANE ..,THE KING OF NEWYORK CITY FOR EVER JOZ ONE R,I,P,,ASP,PAULISM,,DONDI,EKO,SUDO,LGROC,P13 AND THE REST ,, zagg: They are holding rectangles, duh. Karmen King: Its not very smart to say that you "experienced" Norman in any way since you were never farther than 10 feet from the highway. You missed Reynolds Performing Arts Center, Sam Noble Museum of Natural History, Fred Jones Museum of Art, Barry Switzer Center, and some of the top college... TwoSteaks: Are you kidding? Burn it down, baby! Industrial eyesores reminiscent of the days when you could walk on Lake Ontario, the Don have to go. Almost like trying to save the Lakeview Coal Generating Station. Why bother? I agree the condo crawl has to stop,... Grange: In London when I was younger , the end of the run way the local "parking area "for afterhours get togethers ,,wink wink , nudge nudge , say no more ...It was great , planes takeing off , the runway lights coming on when they land ...Awww the good old... EvilGentleman: Once you get over here, I think I will just tell you whenever I find a good graf spot. You take much better graf pictures than I do. Catherine Penfold-Waxman: I like the Groovehouse take on night shots. They are so real and lovely. I always want to jump in them and go for a run. Catherine Penfold-Waxman: great travellogue. I really like the car in the tunnel. It look quite hellish. Catherine Penfold-Waxman: I once tried building a nest under the AC on my apartment, but I kept falling into the neighbors yard. And the cat tried to kill me. So now I watch TV instead.
(I love the way swallows flit about. It was one of the beautiful sights of an English summer) Catherine Penfold-Waxman: No, they're suitcase nuclear bombs. Or colostomy bags. Or hamster cages. Or 17" power Macs. Ok, they're books. Marius{NightcCrawler]: AM 16 ani si fac pk de aproape 3 luni si vreau sa va spun ca e prea tare, desi am inceput devreme stiu sa folosesc tot ce gasesc in oras< sunt din galati iar cei ce vor sa afle mai mult de pk sau vor sa se antreneze iddd... EvilGentleman: Sorry, what was the question? EvilGentleman: LOL, that's a school crossing. They're holding books. EvilGentleman: Nature has nothing to do with it. The trees were aggressively pruned to keep an open area around the power lines. They definitely look freaky, though. For some reason, I am reminded of the hair of one of the characters on the Simpsons. elaine: i like the way they can do that. i can't do that. can you do that? tonet : it looks so peaceful and cold. i'm from the tropics so i imagine it must be a cool place Sirhcbre: I almost used a chat name but for some reason I didn't. I was confused as to what Citynoise was about and thought it was broken up more into city sites than it actually was so I thought it would be more important to use my real name.
I would... laanba: I see these type of trees all over Houston. I want to marvel at nature's ingenuity, but it just looks so freaky. Doc Rich: Keep up the Good work. From one black cowboy to another!!!!!
Peace and BLESSING!!!!!!
kasper tmr wdd mci: never was a bomber but hung out with all the boys brone died in my arms because some asshole gave him a bad combin. of shit. anyway sane rip never knew the guy but always respected his stuff
groovehouse: If I do anything to them, I sharpen them, but most of the time, they are straight from the camera! This photo is untouched. Joshua S. Rubenstein: It's gratifying to see the public schools still turn out young men with a strong grasp of penmanship. ksedge: wow, i really like reflection shot. nice! ksedge: we don't call it cowtown for nothing! aer suzuki: whooo looks like fun barry:
barry: Nice photos samos rules: and it only hurt when someone grabbed and squeezed! Peter: i saw a special on tv the other night about the "calgary stampede"... i never knew the city was so associated with cattle/cowboys... now this entry makes alot more sense to me ;) Peter: lol, chia... elvis in moose jaw. chiamattt: The windows in the second picture say "boobs, gazongas, jugs, tatas, Whatever you call them..., get them checked!" and
"Jewels, balls, nuts, the boys, whatever you call them..., get them checked!" Haha, is that just a clothing shop? chiamattt: Richard Pryor on a couch of bricks in Calgary. What's next, Elvis in Moose Jaw? EvilGentleman: And at least you are not accidentally stuck with a chat nick, like I am. I wish I could change it sometimes, but I have noticed some people seem to browse ALL my articles, so it is only fair to them that I remain consistent. nameltneGlivE: I especially love the warped cop car. Someone has a lot of potential.
As far as having difficulty finding material, imagine living in the same arctic village for 6 years. Awesome as the scenery is, without experimenting to learn new ways to shoot, I would have had to retire my camera... Previous Day :: Next Day |
