Previous Day :: Next DayTamara: thank you, thank you, thank you...
Biff ~ you are too funny! Namascar! (...Bengali)
Urbanghost ~ I always shoot with film, I'm actually a tradionalist when it comes to photography (though to hardly anything else in life)... I do promise to post more!!! Elicar: It's the zoom, EvilG. I was not anywhere near them.
Actually, the female officer saw me at the platform, but there's dozens of people in between us. EvilGentleman: Wow, Toronto cops are so nice. Montreal cops will try to confiscate cameras sometimes, unless you specifically ask for and receive permission to photograph them. And the Quebec Provincial Police (Surete du Quebec) are infamous for beating TV news crews, etc... Biff: The Amazons strike again... Biff: Take your hands out of your pockets and stand up straight...
Nice picture, is it a chimney(sp)? Roy: Good. I hate them smokers Oleg: Wow groovehouse: Video/DVD's are what I will miss about Cactus the most, but Netflix works just fine for me now. jeeff: robert - probably because you haven't posted any articles about queens yet. joey: footnote: the writing on the plaque says
Bronze Propeller
3 blade - 92" dia. X 69" pitch
From American Tunabout
"Chicken of the Sea"
Owner Harold 'Pop' Morgan
Built Birchfield Boiler WKS
Tacoma, Wash 1945
Sank at Panama 1968 joey: it's kind of an cute 'ugly duckling' among those canadian gothics.
Ca·nadi·an (k-nd-n) adj. & n. urbanghost: these are really awesome shots. very impressed. Did you shoot with film? i would love to see more. Biff: Hail to the jewel in the lotus, Namaste. Biff: I find this house very Alfred Hitchcock... Jenna: beaver... fishing... good to know it's a seafood specialist.
in canadian terms it could mean something else..... hahahah Biff: Hey, that's my bike! Biff: Do not eat the yellow snow. (Old Canadian saying) Biff: It's all so phallic, or is that just the eye of the beholder... Biff: Your point being? Chris: For fucksake, some people really do make up these huge complex opinions of a country when they dont no shit about it at present or its past.
Any one that lives in a developed country with a pc and internet access and the free time to look at pointless forums and... Tamara: We get them in the backyard all the time, it must be on the path to somewhere else... We had a mother with five babies last year!!!
Elicar you're right, it is rare to see them during the daytime, as they generally come out around dusk. Though on... lah: slm Robert: Why is Queens so scarce on your pages? drea: They are. The big ones give much better lighting. I have a big one in the corner of room with the little ones trailing behind. I'll take a picture for you soon. drea: I DID study really hard for my exams (which is why i spent more time studying, going out, working, than cleaning my room). I did them pretty easily 'coz I knew my stuff (yay!). We'll find out the results in May! drea: HEY! LOL...Markham's fairly boring, but it's not so bad! And who says I just drive around in Markham? drea: That's a good picture (referring to the last one). Editor: thanks for the heads-up regarding the spam. sometimes the odd one slips by unnoticed. grange: Cute ..Nice to think that knowone bothered it while it had its nap . Elicar: Thanks both of you! You are too kind! jonatas: po vei le perkour e d+ vei to praticando faz tres meses e num deixo mas nunca e tem uma galera aqui em aracaju-se drea: GREAT PICTURES! I luv it! I really like the lighting on the first one. drea: I luv them all! Seriously Elicar, you're turning me into a big fan of yours! hm: Vancouver is much better then Toronto, any day and night. You can't even compare the two. Laura : Love the last one Elicar: You must have used quotation marks! My title disappeared because of using that. Welcome to the club. Editor: what was the title supposed to be? GGP: ah hool. your work always brings pleasure and a sense of amazement. GGP: nifty. DMAND: I hit up the whole delray beach area and especially on the beach. im tryin to get my name out as much as possible but i have to start small and then go big. i dont hasve a car yet so every where i go or hang out i usually... Brad: Whoops, not sure what happened to the title. Elicar: This is only the second time I have seen a raccoon during the day time. The first one was at Taylor Creek Park hidden behind the tree's heavy foliage, so unlike this one. Elicar: Love the first one!
The shadow of the guy holding a garbage bag looks like a chicken! ;) Get out of your car, buddy: You've done 44,444 km (which works out to 823 round trips to downtown) and you are still in Markham. Drea, your odometer is working fine, but something else is wrong with the picture. Get out of your car, buddy: Nice! Everytime I'm in Houston, I am amazed at the number of carparks (and the size of some of them). Let's call this progress, even if it is being replaced with luxury housing. Let's hope the luxury cars are parked underground. Leon: Pow eh muito massa o Le Parkuor,
pratico de vez em sempre...
naum soh taum foda fais uns 4 meses q comecei a praticar...

fui Get out of your car, buddy: And now (10:30PM) she/he is living high on hogtown trash. When I was a kid, I had a baby racoon as a pet (long story as to how that happened). They are cool little creatures. And very cute when they are young. I try to remember... urbanghost: a nice eclectic collection of shots. My favs are the first and last. Love the light in number one and the crown and funky grin on the last. I check out your site quite often and you seem like a very dedicated, profilic street photographer. maybe... ian: Everyone who worked there was a legendary asshole. Of course, it's hard to ignore the irony of someone working a lowly retail job having a "I'm better and smarter than everyone" attitude because it's hardly the case.
I do need a new place to rent foreign/indie/obscure DVDs, though... joey: cleveland east siders remember acme screw. Previous Day :: Next Day |
