I Am Detroit

author: trouble : Detroit, MI

i am Detroit. over the weekend i held over a million men, women and children in my bosom.  i showed them love and they in turn showed me love. they danced in my streets, they smiled at one another, they shook hands with total strangers without any malice or prejudice in their hearts and i was happy.  i will continue to compose my thoughts over the next few days, i hope if you attended DEMF you will too.
