San Francisco, from the Coastal Trail in the Marin Headlands:
This is part of one of my favorite local hikes...walk out my front door, 20 minutes puts me in the Presidio National Park , then across the Golden Gate Bridge, and just like that, I am on a beautiful trail , and a bit behind where this photograph was taken, the trail crosses the ridge, and I leave city views behind (except for tantalizing glimpses across the ridges).
