Dick's on Wallingford (Wallingford, Seattle, Washington)...

Dick's Drive-In is a small local chain that's a Seattle institution, which I discovered on my recent trip to the area. I passed most of its five locations, and found them constantly packed, seeing people queued up for burgers at 10:30am and idly standing in line for fries at 2 am...
And according to Sir Mix-A-Lot, its "the place where the cool hang out".

Inspired by this post, I recently accessed the abandoned and decaying New York State Pavilion, designed by Philip Johnson for the 1964 New York World's Fair...
One of the decaying elevator cars that originally took passengers to the cafeteria and observation deck above...
An airplane approaching LaGuardia Airport in Queens...
Looking up towards the observation decks...
It makes me sad that such a magnificent structure has been left to decay and crumble...
