 No windows, visible entrance. Those vents are where the robots will come flying out to destroy all humanity. My friend and I discovered this place on a walk down to the ferry. We also were able to identify the massive dark building in the city skyline while looking out from a deck on the 15th story of a building. But supposively it's no building of destruction, it's just a phone company.
