I came across this on a lunch break and literally skipped a breath. I couldn't find it already posted on Citynoise, but even if it is, I think it deserves a second post. It is supposedly Montreal's largest mural, painted on the Mission Old Brewery at St. Antoine St. and St. Laurent Blvd. To be honest, my pictures don't do it justice. It is one of the most stunning works of art I have ever seen.

I was walking along St Antoine yesterday and the god-awful grinding noise I heard turned out to be this tractor-trailer firmly wedged under a bridge. Based on the damage, he must have tried going backwards and forwards to get unstuck. I managed to slink behind the girders and get in a few good shots, irate truck-driver notwithstanding.
