Lovely shots. Number three is almost divine, with the rays of light penetrating the gloom. Is it Ashbridge's Bay? Have you seen their former house, at Queen and Connaught? There is the most amazing GIANT willow tree. The garden is accessible to the public and makes for a great photo op in addition to being a cozy little hideaway in the heart of the city.

Oh, and it looks like you just caught the blink of the light on top of the stack. It's all of about one pixel big. Gives a speck of stark contrast.

jack: very nice, good pic's, you have an artist's eye.

But I think, ultimately, the fourth is my favourite. Love the dendritic effect of the leafless tree, so sharp in the foreground. The transition from the glittering bay up to the murky sky, through the industrial background is a journey. I went full screen but couldn't quite see the full image at once. This would make a great poster or print.

Thank you!

Don't tell anybody, but I experimented on the firsh shot. I put my sunglasses over my Leicha lens to get the full sun.

Shopping Cart Tree

I took the following pics this morning of a sculpture made of shopping carts at the entrance to the Cari-All cart facility in Montreal-Est.
