Random paste-up in Center City. The one on the right is pretty funny, but the one on the left seemed to make passersby alittle uncomfortable. My guess is someone came across the rambling text of a person with a mental disorder, photocopied their words, and decided to paste. These are not my words by the way - I also find them offensive. But I still think they're worth sharing.

the ramblings of a disturbed mind, but no mention of a white man and a black women, and since the writer used black and white it shows discrimination.
