Caught in a Storm
Browsing articles by Elicar - [previous] :: [next]Driving around Manila could be a nightmare for anybody even for those who drive regulary there. A 15-kilometer distance takes about one hour to drive during rush hour. And rush hour is from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Traffic gets from really bad to worst when there is a downpour. Drainage is bad, so a 30 minute downpour could cause flash floods. This was what I get caught in. This is what you get when you go there during wet season.
And the sky cleared up as quickly as it got dark!
Total distance covered in this series of pictures: perhaps 5 kilometers!
