bonjour petit chien. vous semblez jolis.

jack: 27th Sep 2007 - 22:54 GMT

good day little dog, you look (don't know the next word) probably because i never studied french, but in Metz Fr. i met some pretty little french girls and they taught me, cher tiem, mon cheri, parlex vous englais? i guess that was it for a GI. of course i would point to a girl and then to me and then twirl my finger toward the floor and they got the message. but ommygosh, three in a row, thats a record here.

jack: 27th Sep 2007 - 22:55 GMT

by the way kate, your up on your french i see, i studied latin, i wanted to be a doctor.

jack: for pete's sake what does jolis mean.

Catherine Penfold-Waxman: 28th Sep 2007 - 17:50 GMT

It means fun.

He looks like a lot of fun, much like the french girls in your story, but with shorter, less hairy legs.

jack: 28th Sep 2007 - 20:09 GMT

as soon as you said it i realized i knew it, just wasn't there at the time, i don't know about the less hairy legs, european girls don't shave the legs or armpits, the hairy armpits were my favorite, the perspiration and hair seemed to give off a scent to me that drove me wild, i loved playing with their hair, i would twirl it and try to braid it and they laughed and thats how it was with the european girls in the countryside, seeing them on their tractors or with pitchforks bailing hay, they were strong and ruddy complexioned and many had fathers and uncles who were in the german army and some were officers in the panzers and here i was from brooklyn flirting with their daughters and drinking beer and eating knockwurst.

Tay Zonday: Do you like to eat the knockwurst, Jack?
