A Stabbing in Akasaka

This was the scene outside my building one morning in Akasaka. Any other day there'd be scooters zipping up and down this hill, vendors selling bento boxes, and pedestrians slowly meandering their way to any given destination. For a country such as Japan where instances of violence are much more rare than other parts of the world, this was a pretty big deal. This article has been viewed 1324 times in the last 33 months
