those are basins! basins are big in Korea. People wash their feet a lot and don't want the bathroom to get wet. bathrooms don't typically have a separate shower/bath over here. The new apartments do, but most people still have the old style...like me!

You can call me immature and misunderstood,
But I've been looking through your albums and a reoccuring thing is sneakphotos of middle school and high students, most from low angles.
I'm not saying you're a pervert or anything and don't get me wrong you take great photos. But it really doesn't help us English teachers with already the media against us when its such a reoccuring theme in all your albums. Already rules have been tightened beacuse of others wrongdoings as you will know.
Just a thought and my opinion.

Nah, I hear what you are saying. I won't lie. I like the uniforms. But I am also sane and don't look to take upskirts or other compromising shots. The low angle is due to my photography style. I just walk with my camera at my side. You have to admit that most of my pictures are from a low angle. I very much don't think im giving photographers, or foreigners in Korea a bad name. I'm also not an English teacher, so I am sorry if you feel I am doing your profession harm.
