I've been looking for for a year or so, determined to find it and eventually give it a try...

So I found some at my local ... a single can with a bit of rust around the rim, but this didn't deter me...

This stuff tastes surprisingly good... It has onions, corn meal, green peppers, salt and water in it... tastes a bit like salty, slightly fermented hominy...

I've been fascinated by this stuff for a while, and only after searching for some background for this post, I found the following similar link:

i put it atop a vegan enchilada. it was actually really good... so good, i managed to eat it all before snapping a photo...
