America's Next Great City

While some patches of Philly remain deindustrialized and blighted, Center City and its surrounding neighborhoods are booming. Waves of gentrification are spreading out in all directions; many people like myself are working hard to ensure it's smart growth.

I wonder how long it took to put up the giant banner? And in the second photo, I like the no turn sign accompanying the one way sign pointing left. If the only way you can turn is left, then not being able to turn on a red light is a no-brainer. At least on this side of the ocean, it is.
