That's creepy. Was he like a street performer or something? Or was he just some dude walking around in a clown suit? Was golden Elvis with him?

Near as I can tell, he was making and selling balloon animals. There are a lot of street performers and vendors licensed to work in the Old Montreal area. I think Gold Elvis was just a mime working the same beat.

I said a little girl ran up to him as I was ABOUT TO take a frontal picture. That picture did not get taken. Hope that clears things up for you.
