It's like David Lynch kneeled, back to the wall, blowing his brains out with a shotgun all over it. Any idea as to this building's function and whearabouts? Here's my hoping it's something as far removed from a primary school as possible.

It's just on a small one story building way out in the east end. Just a non descript office building amongst some empty lots that are being turned into condos. It'll likely be torn down.
