Around Peterborough: Part One

I have this tendancy to focus on small details, often missing the bigger picture. This applies to my life as much as it does my photography, but it occurred to me recently that i've never really posted anything that gives a feel for what peterborough is actually like.

So for anyone who's at all interested here's some incidental photos i took whilst wandering around the other week.

This is the sign that welcomes visitors arriving by rail. It follows the theme of the anti-graffiti murals that grace subways near the station.

Do tourists actually come here? I guess they must. I'm sure the city wouldn't waste money on useless shit like this otherwise.
