you used the name- Faith No More -but did you know ? it was a highly influential alternative rock group that formed in San Francisco, California in 1982 and disbanded in 1998

Of course I knew, that was part of the reason I chose the title. Like any self-respecting fan of Bon Scott should, I have a thing for double-entendres. Mind you, I never really listened to them or knew about their San Francisco origins, but thanks for the info, joey.

I found an article about the old Amherst Theater (1927-1968) which became the Arlequin Theater (1968-1979). Apparently it ended as a live theater, but I am unsure if it was always so. I have no clue whether or not this is the same place or not. I just noticed that the building had a theatrical marquee, so I was looking up old theaters in the area.
Anyways, if anyone has any info, it would be cool to know the history of this place. Here are some links related to the Amherst/Arlequin:
