Fog and a Streetlamp

- ghost of grandin - Thursday, April 5th, 2007 : goo

I know most people won't think this is anything special, but I thought it was downright awesome. I was filled with awe the entire time I watched this tree.

It was just foggy enough to be creepy, and the lamp was just buzzing like a bee's nest the entire time. While I took the photo, I expected the entire tree to burst into flames, it was just that kind of night.

Where did the name "ghost of grandin" come from? That is my last name. Answer at grandin10@mchsi.com

elmer grandin was one of the most famous residents of patchogue, my home town. of course, it doesn't take much to be famous in patchogue -- he was a broadway star and was unfortunate enough to have his corpse dug up and brought to a halloween party about 4 years ago. i didn't have anything to do with the grave diggin'.

Where the Snow Goes
