[previous] :: [next]As part of my job, I recently had the pleasure of working at the top (52nd) floor of 7 World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan. I spent most of the night marvelling at the top of the wonderful Woolworth Building, and taking in some of the other rather nice views.
One day I will get a tripod for my camera and I will be able to take decent night shots. In order to get these to be clean, I had to place the camera on the floor in front of the full length windows which form all four walls of the space, thus sacrificing any control I might have had in framing the content of my picture. shame about the glare too. nevertheless, I'm happy with what I got. Catherine Penfold-Waxman: 15th Mar 2007 - 13:22 GMTBright lights. Big city.
little ukraine: 15th Mar 2007 - 17:10 GMTthese were from a canon powershot s200, a five year old digital camera. it took me about four and a half years to understand all the settings and options. i also have a pretty basic 35mm which i haven't used in months but i'll be busting it out soon.
