Wyoming Native: 24th Aug 2007 - 23:43 GMTMy Mom lived at 1920 Grove Street for a short time in 1938. I found Grove Street in Bushwick on a current Brooklyn map, but then found some old articles on the area, and at some point there was a Grove St. that was renamed Glen Street. The only Glen Street I could find on the current map is in Cypress Hills or Ridgewood. Does anyone know anything about street name changes in that area? Photos, old (circa 1938) or new would be greatly appreciated, as my Mom is 80 years old, and her and I are very curious about that area. Thanks in advance! Ozzie: 7th Dec 2007 - 22:39 GMTI lived in that area for a long time. Grove st was still there in the 80's. If you use google maps, you should fing it. lil nancy: 14th Dec 2007 - 00:36 GMTAnyone remember Nancy and Felo's Candy Store on Knickerbocker and Linden?
