thats alll about cuttin out th e bad bits
to the right (not in the shot) is one of the biggest waste water treatment facilites ive ever seen couldnt get a good view of it... they err somebody tried they best to hide it

you can sorta see the treatment plant if you follow the path that runs alongside it and hoist yourself up on the wall partway. nice shot.
