T'was a rare green X-mas in NB, but also gloomy and overcast.

Yes, it's a small city of 56,000 about a 3.5 hour drive North of Toronto. I think it's just the weather and the quiet calm of X-mas day that makes it seem depressing in these pics, because it's actually a rather lively and vibrant little city.

i visited north bay for a few hours, walked around the downtown area. it was more lively than i thought it would be.
